Troy brings a unique combination of military organisation and creative flair to his role as Executive Chef. Starting his training in the Royal New Zealand Navy, Troy went on to work in a series of New Zealand and London’s finest restaurants. Working alongside Michelin starred chefs has left Troy with a passion for combining originality, stimulation, taste and texture. It is this passion for great food that people will love and remember that sets Montana apart.
If Troy is the creative force, Peter is the organisational powerhouse of Montana Catering. With more years experience than he would care to mention (38) Peter has a wealth of experience, that in his position as Managing Director has been a huge part of the success not only of individual events, but of the company as a whole. It is Peter’s relentless focus on the details that makes every event seamless.
The third director is Dallas Fisher. Irrepressibly enthusiastic and with a love of food that cannot be denied, It is his passion for innovation and progress that inspires the team to be at their very best every day. Dallas was a 2007 Category Winner of the Ernst Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. This reflected his involvement in a series of successful companies – one of which is Montana Catering.
