Montana Catering has a core number of key staff employed on a full-time basis and a further group of staff that work for us on a permanent, as required basis. We also have a large group of casual staff, whom we employ on an as required basis. The full complement of staff is likely to be on board for activities such as a rugby international or a major concert.
All staff receive intensive training and present a professional and high quality service to customers at all times.
Montana Catering prides itself on its strong service ethic and we believe this is strengthened by the hands-on involvement of the Managing Director, Peter Stark and Company Owner/Operators Troy Reid and Dallas Fisher. They lead their staff with their own commitment to a high level of professionalism which means this service ethic is carried through at every level of the company.
Our chefs are the best in the business, and are led by the very experienced Troy Reid. Troy spent 12 years living and working in Asia and Europe. He cooks with passion and is excited at being able to practice the art of cooking, and work with his ‘hand-picked’ team to bring some European flair, mixed with good old fashioned Kiwi flavours, to the Waikato.
